GiGiz Shoe Closet wants you to be delighted with your products. For that reason, we will accept items returned within 30 days, in like-new condition, and award a full refund of the product cost. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error. If you want an item in exchange, we will pay the shipping back to you on the new item.
If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, email or call us and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
